and he checks his foot because guess
what that's a nice catch but if his foot
touches that boundary it's an automatic
four runs you can't touch the boundary
so that's why he checks his foot right
away and all of that effort would have
been for nothing so he checks his foot
to make sure the catch counts the only
problem is the catch doesn't count for a
completely different reason he gets up
tosses the ball in the air because he's
celebrating and then he's like wait what
and the batsman are running back and
forth they get a run every time they
cross sides they literally run to get a
run that's where that term comes from
and he's like what happened

so what happened the pitch was too high
it was above the batsman's waist which
is considered a no ball and when a no
ball is thrown the fielding team are
penalized one run every time a no ball
is bold so even if this dude doesn't
swing at this or if he swings at it and
misses or he swings in it and they
decide not to run they would
automatically get one run now
in t20 cricket a batsman cannot be
dismissed off a no ball except if the
batsman is run out meaning he can only
get out if he decides to run and then
they throw him out they can't be caught
out and they can't get what we would
consider like a strike like hit the
wickets so they just gotta put it in
play it's kind of like a free hit and on
top of that he gets a free hit the next
pitch

no ball it's automatically one run then
they ran back and forth three times so
they got four runs
which they would have had had it been a
legal pitch and this dude didn't catch
it or if he didn't catch it he could
have saved some runs because he threw it
away while celebrating so yeah that's
the rules and then a no ball is followed
by a free hit a delivery from which the
batsman cannot be bold or caught out so
bold out means it hits the stumps and
he's out or caught out means fly ball
that's caught but he can still be run
out so if he puts it in a play and
decides to run and they return the ball
to the wicket before he gets back behind
this line he can get out so let's see
what happened on the no on the free hit
so that motion means free hit and
circles and circles and then this one he
puts that in play and they can run so
just that giant nice catch in the hands
i mean the balls are really hard flying
