Whoa. What was all that about? Let's get
into it. Scooball has bases loaded. He's
already let in the tying run. This
breakdown is brought to you by Under
Armour. He's got two outs to go to
escape the jam. So, it's a pressure
packed situation. Fifth inning, they had
the lead. Now, it's tied. We get a
ground ball. They come home and they get
the out there. Still one more out to go.
Bases are juiced. He looks in. He's
locked in. There might be other stuff on
his mind. We're going to find out about
that later. Strike one on the ball high.
That's a nice start. Batter doesn't tap.
Maybe they're out of challenges. Right
down the middle. Strike two. He goes to
the change up low. He's going to go back
to the change up. Gets the SWING AND
MISS. YEAH. And then looks and points at
the dugout. And here's what went down.
He screams Yeah. Then he points as
you're going to [ __ ] get it. I have
the hot mic there. We can include it at
the end if you want. We were a little
undecided, but ultimately we said he
said, "You're going to [ __ ] get it."
And he points and in the dugout they're
like, "What? Me?
Yeah you.
You.
Who are you talking to?
Huh? Who are you? [ __ ] you."
Yeah. Keep doing that [ __ ] Hot mic
there as well. Loud as loud and clear.
So I'll we can put that at the end. It's
just like keep doing that [ __ ] Keep
doing what? What's he talking about?
He's not doing anything. What are you
talking about? Huh? What you? What? You
dumb.
Scooble hears that and he's like keep
doing it. Keep doing it. You no you.
Who are you talking to right now? Huh?
Sit youring
ass down.
Oh yeah. Keeping doing that. Keep doing
it,
[ __ ]
Oh no. Nobody's talking [ __ ]
Nobody's talking [ __ ]
Keep [ __ ] talking
[ __ ] crazy. So what was he doing
except saying keep doing that [ __ ]
Scooball thinks he's doing something.
That's Vassel. He's a pitcher on the
injured list for the White Socks. He's
kind of the vibes and hype guy in the
dugout. He's got a magic wand. He likes
to have fun. Now he's getting jawed at
getting cussed out by Scooble who threw
a beautiful change up and and Scooble
throws his change up with his power
fingers down the rail like a two seam. I
found that interesting. Look at that
grip. Some people throw their change up
with like the four seam grip, but this
is a two seam grip. Gets that spin down
and in. Beautiful pitch. But you know,
anyway, back to it. I found Vassel's
postgame press conference pretty
telling. The reporter asked him, "Do you
think he was mad at you about tipping
pitches or relaying signs?" And this was
his answer.
>> Yeah. Look, you know, like I I've always
said I'm going to help the team and do
everything I can to do it. So, you know,
I'm going to be with the guy in the box.
>> Was he mad at you about relaying signs?
Yeah. I mean, I've said I'm always going
to help the team and do whatever I can
to do it and be with the batter in the
box. So, okay.
>> And uh, you know, I think we've seen far
worse things before in the games. We've
seen far worse things before in the game
cuz he's doing it legally. It is legal
to do that. However, he's doing it.
Maybe he's just being too obvious. Well,
I don't know how he's doing it, but
they're pretty adamant because his
manager also came out and said like
whatever we're doing, it's above board.
>> So, if you know we're going to be that
paranoid about it, it's just part of the
game.
>> So, it seems like Vassel was giving away
location or pitches to the batters or at
least that's what Scooble thinks he was
doing. That's why he was saying, "KEEP
DOING IT. KEEP THROWING IT. And Vassel
is like, "It's legal." Whatever.
Who cares
and that's this and that's that. Bam,
bam, bing, bang, bang. It's fun. Love
when guys yell each other. School's good
for this. School keeps it between the
lines after the game. He's like,
"Whatever. It was baseball. I sh
remember he had this with Neto last year
and it was good. I like it. I like
pitchers are supposed to be fiery.
Athletes are supposed to enter like a
psycho world in between the lines and
then be normal outside the lines. At
least that's my my opinion, which isn't
worth much.
Keep doing this [ __ ]
