Breakdown legend Pat Kelly gets ejected and Iowa can't field a ball, a breakdown
What Happened

the game I don't know what did you say

come on I'm trying to remember what it
was it wasn't even so bad so that was
back in 2021 let's see what's going on
now they're playing the Iowa Cubs the
bats are batting they're up one nothing
already in the third inning we're gonna
see a pitch here the 0-1 and swung on
Grounded to the shortstop catches it
bobbles the transfer doesn't complete
the play so now there's a runner on
first base next batter he steps in he's
gonna send that one to left field where
the left fielder grabs the ball bobbles
it throws it in runner on first goes to
third slides he's out but the ball
flew up in the air
after the swipe tag that um he's like
what's going on and they're like well
okay so he tagged him the ball's in the
glove and then it went up in the air do
you think he had control and he's like
what are you guys talking about I didn't
see that at all never moved my head just
watched it I don't think he has to move
his head I think he's supposed to watch
them touch the base and complete it but
yeah he has no idea what they're talking
about he didn't see you guys tell me
what to do out okay I gotta go explain
it to Pat Kelly now well
um they said because I didn't see it
just being honest with you that you know
he just it was on the transfer that he
dropped the ball he's transferring the
ball
after he made the Tag yeah no [ __ ]
way makes the [ __ ] tag supposed to
come up with the [ __ ] ball
isn't that the rule
uh he made the Tag what [ __ ] tag he
swipes his glove it moves then the ball
moves No Tag baby
God damn that's horrible
just yelling at him oh that's the Umpire
that uh threw him out from the 2021
injection his belt broke and as he was
trying to put on a new belt that the
other umpire lent him he's like you're
out of here because Pat Kelly didn't
didn't have time for his belt break and
so oh nice history there so uh he's
gonna leave this one not as exciting as
the one from 2021 but I'm gonna do Pat
Kelly breakdowns because you never know
