Bublik smashes three rackets in the middle of the match, a breakdown

Greg and Alexander went head-to-head in what started as a close match. Alexander took the first set, Greg responded by winning the second, and the third set tightened up. But things unraveled fast for Greg. He started piling up double faults and missed returns, trailing as his frustration boiled over. He tried quick serves and risky plays that didn’t land, then began talking to himself mid-match. The mental spiral became obvious.

Then came the racket smash. Not one or two, but three full-force smashes, with someone in the crowd capturing all of it. A man in a suit looked on as Greg realized the scene he’d just made. He seemed to give up in the final moments, swinging wildly and telling himself to just finish the match. At one point, he briefly rallied but couldn’t sustain it. Alexander closed it out with an ace, and Greg gestured awkwardly to a crowd that met him with boos. He muttered an apology and left the court knowing he let his emotions take over.
