Gary and Barry Razzle started off their family game show round with a mess. Gary kept moving while Barry tried to pour water into a cup on his head, wasting precious time. Things didn’t improve until Gary strapped on safety goggles and pulled off a surprisingly strong performance catching water while playing multiple instruments. He nailed the drums and cymbals despite soaking his toupee. The razzles barely scraped through that round but kept things alive going into trivia.
The game turned when the Griswold kids dropped a double dare, turning an 80-point challenge into a game-winner. They cracked eggs on their heads in a physical challenge that looked more fun than competitive. Meanwhile, the Razzle kids struggled with trivia, missing simple questions like the department store from Miracle on 34th Street. That mistake sealed it.
The final obstacle course gave the Griswold parents a chance to shine. They handled most of it well, but one slip near the finish nearly caused a head injury. Mom missed the flag, and Mark had to push her forward with a bit of panic. They didn’t finish in time, technically losing the last leg. Still, with the Razzles stumbling all over the place, the Griswolds came out on top.
