Bellinger goes deep to give the Dodgers their 5th straight walk off at home, a breakdown

The Dodgers are on a tear with five straight walk-off wins at home, and Cody Bellinger just added another. After a tense moment earlier in the series when Marlins pitcher Pablo López struck out Joc Pederson and celebrated hard, Bellinger responded the next day with a blast. López left a fastball too close to the zone, and Bellinger crushed it to end the game. As he rounded the bases, Bellinger stared down the pitcher, pounded his chest, and returned the favor from López’s earlier flex. Pederson and the rest of the dugout loved it.

Pederson then poured out Powerade and water in celebration, while another teammate dumped seeds on Bellinger. Justin Turner reminded everyone of the new house rule: after a walk-off, everyone loses the shirt. Bellinger played along, yanking his off as teammates celebrated the win. The Dodgers keep finding ways to close out games, and they’re making plenty of noise doing it.
